Its interesting how the police chief keeps repeating that weird way of stating Ayla’s age. He says ’20 month year old’ twice during that press conference. Maybe its a colloquialism in Maine.

Liz, I found that strange too.

It’s funny you say that, because I’ve asked locals about it! It is not local slang.

I suspect the police chief was simply repeating DiPietro’s own description of Ayla from the 911 call.

I am a Maine dowser. Regardless of whether anyone belies or not. I have been very successful. I checked the whereabouts of Ayla when it happened and found her alive and living between Aylas Grandparents and her father’s girlfriend. I dowsed a map of Portland and found evidence she was at her grandfather’s in Portland and her father’s girlfriend in Falmouth. I called state police and sherriff in Waterville and they swept my info under the rug. That was years ago. Three years later I checked. Found her still alive with her father and grandparents. Investigators stop investigating. I recently checked and found she is alive and well. Where is the Justice in all this. I now live in cancun, Mexico.

How come Season 2 only goes as far back as episode number seven? I’ve just discovered this podcast and I’m wondering how I can even start listening to it?! All of Season 1 is available and considering those are the oldest episodes of the podcast, you’d think the ones that came out *after* would be available, as well. Anybody have any idea what’s up with that?

    Hi Lisa,

Series Episode 7 is the first episode of Season 2.

    Sorry for the confusion.
